Queen Camel sits just under the lea of Camel Hill but the boundary extends over the hill towards Babcary and South Barrow.  It encompasses Hazlegrove House School, Eyewell and Wales.  The river Cam runs through Queen Camel,  Wales and then flows on towards West Camel.
