St Barnabas Services

Church Services

There are different styles of service at St. Barnabas on the different Sundays of the month:

First Sunday:        10.00am Common Worship Holy Communion

Second Sunday:   10.00am Family Service
an informal service involving children from the Hump Club

Third Sunday:       8.00am Holy Communion
using the traditional Book of Common Prayer Service
Fourth Sunday:    10.00am Benefice Holy Communion

A service is also held at the Cleaveside Close community hall on the first Wednesday of the month at 10.30am. The first part is a combination of prayers, reflections and traditional hymns, and there is then the option of sharing communion in the second part of the service. All are very welcome.
